Wambo Cares provides personalised in home care to support you living safely and
independently in your home, because we understand staying at home is important to
you.

Our innovative model of community managed aged care services employs people in
your community to provide in-home care resulting in more hours of quality care for
less. We listen to your needs and tailor a package to meet your requirements.
Wambo Cares services are funded through government Home Care Packages
(HCP). Home Care Packages provide funding to eligible Australian citizens over the
age of 65 to receive in-home services including
- Meal service and preparation
- Transport
- Personal Care
- Housekeeping and domestic assistance
- Home and garden maintenance
- Social support
- Allied Health
- Nursing
- Aids and Equipment

If you already have a HCP the process of changing to Wambo Cares is simple and
we can assist you to make the change.
To apply for a HCP, you will need a My Aged Care assessment. The My Aged Care
assessment identifies the level of support you require and the funding you will
receive to assist you to live safely and independently in your own home for as long
as possible. We understand the process can be complicated and we can assist you
with this process.
